This is a leaflet, not a book, and as such it is wildly overpriced. There's no author information and it's ridiculously short for such a topic. I actually went online to find out if Robin Terranella was a real person or if the whole thing was just a scam. He is real, so that was a plus. But this leaflet lacked any real credibility and not a lot of info. I am stunned that it was written by a Dr. Spend your money on Dirty Genes by Ben Lynch instead.
I was hoping for a little more. There was a little new information about how other snps impact treatment but there was a lot of try this or that and watch for these side effects. I can find that online. There was a lot of talk to a medical professional but most I know don't understand this yet. I, as the patient, am educating them. Homozygous C677t lucky me - I'm explaining to my doctors the medical implications of that on my many autoimmune issues.
I was surprised at how much I enjoyed this book. I thought it would be difficult to understand, mostly because of the subject of chemistry. But Dr. Terranella did a great job. He is clear about each subject and explains each point carefully and well. You don't get lost reading it because it is organized perfectly. It follows a clear path to the end.I do recommend it.
